Our History

Respond+ is the next generation of PublicEye. In 2010 PublicEye was created because Apple and the city of Lowell, MA approached us to help them transition the MDTs in their patrol cars to the newly released iPads. That effort resulted in the world’s first mobile solution for Public Safety. Cities and towns throughout the US have been using PublicEye ever since.

Apple came to us because we had already established a reputation for developing quality iOS apps. Currently, Zco Corporation is one of the premier app development companies in the world.

With Respond+ we are continuing our decade long tradition of bringing innovative solutions to Public Safety. Cities using Respond+ include Cambridge MA, Portsmouth NH, Worcester MA, Northampton MA, Exeter NH, Bedford NH, Lowell MA, and more.
